- Eco4 Scheme: Claim up to £20,000 to make your home warmer for less!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website (www.ecoforever.co.uk/) is run by XXXXXX LTD, a registered company in XXXXX and XXXX, with its main office located at XXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXXX, London, England, XXPOSTCODE, United Kingdom.

We assist homeowners who qualify to get UK government-backed grants for home efficiency. These grants cover improvements like free replacement boilers, heat pumps, home insulation, and even renewable energy products such as free solar panels. We also help customers willing to pay privately by offering good deals on new boiler finance and online purchases of new boilers.

Since we collaborate with an approved network of UK installers, we can help you access these grants more efficiently than others. Usually, you can expect a replacement boiler to be installed within three weeks from the beginning of the process.

Every installer in our network has the required certifications to do the job. We regularly check your feedback to ensure we provide the best service possible. The funding for the free boiler scheme varies for each property, and a free EPC (energy performance certificate) is needed to figure that out.

Keep in mind that this service is completely free. We don't charge you for applying; there's no pressure to continue.

This document lays out the rules for using the website (the "Website") and the service we offer to you (the "Registered User"). Please carefully read these terms and conditions before registering. They control how you use the service and affect your legal rights and responsibilities.

1. What We Do?

We want to connect you with the right professionals (the "Contractor") to get a free, no-pressure survey for your needed service. When you register and apply on the website, sharing your details and requirements, we'll pass them on to suitable Contractors. They'll then contact you to offer a free, no- pressure survey.

2. Website Usage

Users can use this website if they follow these terms and conditions. You must be 18 or older, and you confirm that you are.

Any information you put on the website must be accurate and follow the law in the United Kingdom. If it's your opinion, it should be genuine. Keep your information updated, and let us know if anything changes.

We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Using our website, you agree to this and confirm that the data you provide is accurate.

Let us know if you want us to stop sharing your details with Contractors. We can't guarantee the Contractors will stop contacting you, and we're not responsible if they don't.

Sometimes, we may limit access to parts of our website for users.

Here are things you can't do on the website:

If you do any of these things, you agree to compensate us for any damage, loss, or expenses we face.

We can withdraw your application if you break these terms or other reasons.

3. Contractors' Responsibilities

You need a Gas Safe registered engineer to install your new boiler to ensure your warranty stays valid. Trying to fit it yourself is dangerous and against the law.

The newly installed boilers should have an ErP efficiency rating of at least 90%. Additionally, all new gas and oil boiler installations must include a programmed timer and a thermostat for accurate heating control. While many new boilers already have these features, starting April 2018, it's a must for all boilers.

Engineers installing boilers that don't follow the new regulations are breaking the law. XXXXXYOURCOMPANYNAMEXXXXXX won't be responsible for non-compliant Contractors. The Customer must do proper checks before making any agreements with the Contractor.

For Cavity Wall & Loft Insulation Contractors on the website:

Solar PV installation Contractors on the website:

Loft Conversion Contractors on the website:

Surveyors on the website, acting for a Contractor or appointing one for the work, must ensure the Contractor is reputable and meets the requirements mentioned.

All Contractors must provide a free, no-pressure survey:

4. Confidentiality

Any information you tell us is private, and you must keep it that way. Please don't share it with anyone unless we give you written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we want to make clear that we:

This doesn't change our responsibility for death or personal injury from our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or misrepresentation of a crucial matter. It also doesn't change any other responsibility we can't exclude or limit under the law.

We can't guarantee the suitability of any Contractor or intermediary we share your details with under these Terms and Conditions. We won't be responsible for what they do or don't do during or after dealing with you. Ensure you're happy with the Contractor before agreeing to work with them.

If you think the Contractor or middleman broke the terms of your agreement, we won't take any responsibility. It would help if you dealt with the Contractor or middleman directly.

6. Force Majeure

If something really big and beyond our control happens, and we don't believe it's our fault, then we won't be held responsible for being unable to meet our commitments under these Terms and Conditions. This big and uncontrollable event is called "Force Majeure."

If a Force Majeure situation arises, the party facing delays will tell the other party immediately and share all the details. They'll also do their best to fix things quickly.

After letting the other party know about Force Majeure, both parties will discuss a plan to minimize any negative effects of this situation.

None of the parties can end these Terms and Conditions because of a Force Majeure event.

7. Amendments

We can make changes to these Terms and Conditions whenever needed. If we do, we'll put the new terms and conditions on the website 30 days before they automatically kick in. If you keep using the service after that, you agree with the new terms and conditions.

We own or have the right to use all the intellectual property in our website content. International copyright laws and treaties protect this content. We hold all these rights.

8. General

These Terms and Conditions follow English law, and the English courts have the final say on any claims linked to this website or our service.

This agreement is the only one that matters between us. It replaces any previous deals we might have had. We won't change or ignore any of these terms unless we both agree in writing and sign it.

We own or have the right to use all the intellectual property in our website content. International copyright laws and treaties protect this content. We hold all these rights.

If we don't enforce any of these terms at any time, it doesn't mean we're giving up on them.

Neither of us will share information about these terms without the other's permission.

The law that lets third parties benefit from a contract doesn't apply to this agreement.

If any part of this agreement isn't valid or enforceable, it won't affect the other parts, which will still be valid.

When we use words, we mean singular and plural, masculine, feminine, and neuter, depending on the context.
